In short: Pip's Learning Games is free to use for learning at home and in school. Please be kind to the site, don't copy it to sell, and remember that practice helps but cannot promise any exam result.
Using the site
By using Pip's Learning Games you agree to these terms. If a child is using the site, a parent, carer or teacher should read them together. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Educational use only
The games and questions are for general practice and fun. They follow the England National Curriculum, but they are not official exam board or school material, and they are not a substitute for teaching or tutoring. We do not guarantee any exam result or place at any school.
No affiliation
Pip's Learning Games is independent. It is not connected to, or endorsed by, CEM, GL Assessment, any exam board, school, local authority or admissions service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to disrupt the site, try to break into it, or copy and sell its content or games without our written permission. Teachers and parents are welcome to use the games with children, and to link to the site.
Our content
The games, questions, artwork and Pip the owl are ours. You may use them on the site for learning, but not republish them elsewhere. We take care with accuracy and we will fix mistakes we are told about, but we cannot promise the content is free of errors.
Advertising
The games have no adverts. Adverts from Google AdSense appear on some 11+ Exam Zone pages to help cover the cost of keeping the site free. See the Privacy Policy for how this works.
No warranty and limits
The site is provided “as is”, and we may change or remove content at any time. We are not liable for loss arising from using, or being unable to use, the site, except where the law does not allow us to exclude it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
